Chicken Manchurian Recepie






Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicked- ½ kg chopped
  • Onion-2 chopped
  • Capsicum-1 chopped
  • Garlic-6 cloves sliced
  • Ginger-1 inch piece chopped
  • Soya Sauce-1 tblspn
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblsp
  • Green chilli-2 chopped
  • Pepper powder - 1 tblsp
  • Vinegar-1 tblspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour-1 tblpsn
  • Spring Onion - few

For Batter:

  • Maida-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour-1 tblspn
  • Pepper-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya Sauce-1 tsp










Method:

Marinate the chicken with the ingrediants given for the batter along with some water. 



Fry till golden brown.drain it and set it aside.



The chicken fry is ready.


Meanwhile mix 1 tblsp of corn flour with little water and keep aside.




Let's start preparing the gravy. 
In a kadai add oil and fry some garlic .



Add in chopped ginger to it.


Add in onion and cook till translucent.



Throw in chopped capsicum to it .






Add soya sauce,vinegar,tomato ketchup and mix well.



Slowly add in the cornstarch slurry(cornflour+2 tblpsn of water) and mix well.



Now add in fried chicken and mix well.




Pour in a cup of water and bring that to boil.


Add in 1 tblsp of pepper powder to it



Add required amount of salt to it.






Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with any dish.



Serve the chicken Manchurian with fried rice and enjoy.
